Precision Alloy Wire

A special gamma phase is formed through galvanizing, tensile deformation, and diffusion annealing. After drawing, the surface exhibits a micro-sawtooth morphology, which is conducive to tip discharge during electric discharge machining, increasing cutting efficiency by more than 20% and significantly improving the surface quality of the workpiece.
